4.1 Deposit Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A wagering requirement of 20 times must be met for the bonus to become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses are not directly withdrawable — wagering requirements must be met.
• A promotion code or bonus offer can only be used once.
• Making a withdrawal while a bonus is active will cancel the bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

The 7999bt VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

7999bt reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel VIP benefits at any time. The criteria for determining VIP tier levels are at the discretion of the platform.

5.4 Promotion Abuse

If there is any suspicion of misuse of a bonus or promotion, 7999bt may investigate the account, cancel the bonus and permanently close the account if necessary.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and gaming activities on the 7999bt platform are conducted in accordance with established rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the deposited amount will be refunded.
• 7999bt is not obligated to pay out based on incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a system error.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a disconnection, the result will be determined from the last verified state.

6.2 Finality of Game Results

All game results are determined based on a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live events. Results are impartial and unchangeable. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, 7999bt's system logs will be considered the final evidence.

6.3 Sports Betting

When placing bets on various sports events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and kabaddi, specific rules apply for each event. Whether funds will be returned if an event is cancelled or postponed will be determined according to the type of event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7999bt platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by a single individual.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting to access or hack other users' accounts.
• Exploiting any error, bug or vulnerability in the platform's software.
• Using any automated software, bot or algorithm to conduct betting.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in rude, abusive or threatening behavior toward other users.
• Providing false or misleading information on the platform.

8.1 Account Closure at User Request

Any user may request closure of their account via 24/7 live chat or email. Any outstanding balance will be paid out before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.2 Account Suspension or Closure by 7999bt

7999bt may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of any violation of these Terms.

• When it is confirmed that one individual is operating multiple accounts.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
